Please note that the guarantee does not cover any new stains or soiling that have occurred in the 14 day period. The cleaning of any new stains or soiling will be chargeable within the 14 day period. As all carpets and the environments they are in differ from one another, drying times quoted are only approximate and not covered by any guarantee.
