Q1.Do you move the furniture or do we?
A.We ask that you make sure any clutter is off the floor such as childrens toys, floor standing ornaments etc. We will move your sofas, small tables ourselves. For larger items we may ask you for assistance, or that we have your permission to work around them.We will not move any furniture that is heavy enough to pose a health and safety risk, nor will we move furniture that may become damaged as a result of being moved.
Q2.How long will my carpets take to dry?
A. Drying times largely depend on how dirty the carpets are and which method of cleaning we need to use, if your carpets are heavily soiled and we need to use hot water extraction cleaning, they can take a few hours to dry completely, for the not so heavy soiled carpets we have a dry foam method of cleaning that we can use, carpets can be dry between 1 to 3 hours with this method.
Q3. Do you need to come and look at the carpets before you quote a price?
A. No...... To keep things simple and our costs/prices down, we charge fixed prices based on average sized houses with average sized rooms. In most cases we are able to provide a price over the phone, we will then book a day and time with you to come and do the work, we will look around at the carpets before we start the cleaning and then let you know of any stains or marks that cannot be removed.
Q4 Do we need to keep off the carpets untill they are dry?
A. It is always better if the carpets can be left to dry completely before they are walked on, however in a lot of cases we know this is not possible, if you have clean shoes or slippers then there is no problem with walking on damp carpets if keeping off them is not an option, please take care not to slip on tiled or wooden floors if you are walking on wet carpets.
Q5. Can you remove all the stains?

A full survey is carried out prior to you agreeing to employ our services. Most stains can be removed, however we will always point out to you the permanent stains so you are aware of the likley results we will achive.
