If we cannot re-clean to your satisfaction, we will refund your money....no quibbles. We Guarantee our work for 14 days after the date of cleaning "Based on realistic expectations. The guarantee covers you for the re- cleaning of any areas where we have not achieved the results we promised to you in our pre clean inspection. Please note that the guarantee does not cover any new stains or soiling that have occurred in the 14 day period. The cleaning of any new stains or soiling will be chargeable within the 14 day period. As all carpets and the environments they are in differ from one another, drying times quoted are only approximate and not covered by any guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, we will put it right or refund you in full.
